- Who we are. roofingestimate.pro is owned and operated by WorldWalk, LLC, doing business as Roofing Estimate. Roofing Estimate is a registered trade name of WorldWalk, LLC.
- What we do. We are a free service that connects homeowners with independent contractors. We are not a contractor and do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work.
- Contractors are independent. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the contractor. We do not guarantee any contractor’s licensing, pricing, availability, or workmanship. Verify licensing and insurance before hiring.
- No guarantee of a match. A contractor may not be available for every project or area.
- Your information. You confirm the information you submit is accurate, that you are at least 18, and that you own or are an authorized user of the phone number provided.
- Communications. Your consent to be contacted is set out in the disclosure shown on the form you submitted and in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means.
- Estimates. Cost information on this site is general only. Only a contractor’s written estimate reflects your project price.
- Compensation. Contractors and partners may pay us when we connect them with a homeowner. Homeowners never pay us.
- Disclaimer. The site is provided “as is,” without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any contractor’s acts or omissions.
- Governing law. State of Rhode Island.
- Changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
